Jon has lived in the Livingston county area for nearly 30 years. He received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University and proceeded to work in product development at a ‘Built Tough’ motor company. Seeking financial freedom and early retirement Jon began investing in multifamily real estate in 2018. This experience fueled a passion for real estate that eventually led him to pursue obtaining his Real Estate Salesperson Licence in 2020. In his freetime, Jon enjoys spending time with his partner Carolyn and his son Ranger, and is an avid outdoorsman always seeking new adventures.

Because of his experience investing and his engineering background, Jon has acquired  exceptional analysis skills that are especially valuable when determining property values and market trends and has developed strong negotiating skills.
